Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, and the AAA shall determine the allocation of arbitration fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue claims in small claims court if eligible under applicable law.

You and National Benefit Alliance agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action or consolidated proceeding against National Benefit Alliance.
