All services provided by National Benefit Alliance are offered free of charge. We do not charge fees for applications, assessments, referrals, or information provided. If any third party charges a fee for services connected to programs we reference, that fee is solely between you and the third party. We do not endorse, validate, or assume responsibility for third-party fees or charges.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or information you provide. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your information or account. National Benefit Alliance is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to provide accurate information or protect the confidentiality of your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Benefit Alliance shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of data, loss of benefits, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 in any 12-month period.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall take place in the appropriate federal or state courts located within the United States.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Service or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, and the AAA shall determine the allocation of arbitration fees. The arbitration shall take place in the state where you reside or another mutually agreed location. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue claims in small claims court if eligible under applicable law.

16. Class Action Waiver

You and National Benefit Alliance agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action or consolidated proceeding against National Benefit Alliance.

17. Severability and Contact Information
